Join the Yale Jackson Institute for Global Affairs when they host a June 10 discussion, “COVID-19 and Global Affairs: How The Pandemic Will Shape International Politics,” featuring Ambassador Samantha Power, a Professor of Practice at the Harvard Kennedy School and Harvard Law School. From 2013-2017, Power served as the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations and a member of President Obama’s cabinet. From 2009-2013, Power served on the National Security Council as Special Assistant to the President for Multilateral Affairs and Human Rights.
The discussion will be moderated by Catherine Panter-Brick, Bruce A. and Davi-Ellen Chabner Professor of Anthropology, Health, and Global Affairs.
The talk is part of Jackson’s Virtual Discussion Forum series on the COVID-19 crisis and its far-reaching impact worldwide.
